ARMM DPWH Secretary Don Loong visited Sulu

Secretary Don Loong of the  Depatment of Public Works and Highways ARMM (center) interviewed by media regarding the  ongoing projects inspection in Sulu. While District Engineer Abdulmunir Hadjirul (right) also give instructions about the locations of different projects of the 1st Engineering District.
