The Hugpong Federal Movement of the Philippines.

Pagadian City, Philippines - Hugpong Federal Movement of the Philippines headed by chairman Celso Tizon  and Sec. Virgilio Dela Cruz conducting massive federalism campaign in different provinces throughout the Philippines.

According to chairman Tizon, this campaign of the Hugpong Federal is helping the president  pursuing  of his mandate about federalism.
