Sibutu Search and Rescue base of PCG kicks-off of their ground breaking ceremony

Sibutu, Tawi –Tawi – The  Philippine Coast Guard ( PCG) Western Mindanao District Commander, Captain Ronnie Gavan headed the ground breaking ceremony with Mayor Alshefa Pajiji and Gov. Rash Matba  of  the Sibutu Search and Rescue Base at Tongsibalo, Sibutu Tawi-Tawi earlier.
