(Comelec) in partnership with the local police on Monday removed all the
campaign materials posted on unauthorized areas in this city.
The
campaign, dubbed as Oplan Baklas, was focused along the north diversion road
that connects Barangay Tiguma to Barangay Buenavista in this city.
Anacleta

the campaign materials that were removed belong to candidates seeking national

Balinton
said the campaign materials were placed on electric posts and trees, which are
prohibited base on Comelec regulations.
She
said all of the campaign materials will be properly inventoried and will be
reported to the Comelec central office for proper disposition.
She
warned candidates to refrain from posting campaign materials in unauthorized
