Sulu 1st Engineering District signed contract with 4 private contractors – road concreting implemented

From left to right (Apple construction, CS Santiago Construction (District Engineer Abdulmunir Hadjirul-center) Khadeem Construction and Dayang Constructions. The said contract signing, the implementation and constructions of farm to markets roads in Sulu. 

Jolo, Sulu (By: Becky D. de Asis-The Redline News)  – To uplift the conditions of the communities in the province of Sulu more particularly  in war zone areas were the government forces and Abussayaf always exchanging fires  and leaving more damages in the  government infrastructures and other government owned properties trigger communities to evacuate or living  mesirable  contidions.

This attributed the poor conditions facing families in terms of access scarce supply of commodities. Despite such circumtances, the DPWH Ist Engineering District continue to cope up with the challenge to faced  and continue the development more particular the access roads going to different far-flung areas of Sulu .

District Engineer Abdulmunir I. Hadjirul of 1st Engineering District of the Department of Public Works and Highways through his regular infra-projects signed  contracts  today July 11, 2017 with the Four (4) contractors namely: Apple Construction, CS Santiago Construction, Khadeem Construction and  Dayang Constructions.
 
The four contractors shows their signed contracts with the DPWH. They ready to implements  the projects they signed.
Hadjirul said, this is the first and foremost contract signing  happened in DPWH District Office with some private contractors because the DPWH wants to be transparent and honest implementation. Instead, these projects under the implementation of DPWH, they gave it to other contractors for the good reasons.

Engineer Hadjirul added, the 1st Engineering District of Sulu  strictly implemented the projects vested by them because  they want a whole package, a total change, a well-develop Sulu soon and a peaceful province to  live in.(The Redline News)
