The Philippine Navy (PN) contingent of
300 officers and enlisted personnel board the BRP Gregorio del Pilar to depart
for the Multilateral Naval Exercise KOMODO in Lombok, Indonesia during the
send-off ceremony held at Pier 13, South Harbor, Manila City on Friday (April
27, 2018). The exercise, which will be held from May 4-9, aims to enhance the
relationship and cooperation among participating regional and non-regional
navies in building common understanding about humanitarian assistance and
