Zamboanga City - Vice Mayor Alrashid Mohammad Alih in Sapa - Sapa, Tawi
- Tawi was shot to death by assailant last Wednesday afternoon.
Police Chief Superintendent Billy Beltran of Regional Police Office-9
director said, the vice mayor with is wife and security escort were on board
their vehicle on Governor Alvarez Street when a lone gunman shot to the death
the vice mayor.
The police said, the gunman casually walked and aproached the passenger
side of the vehicle.
He is the second vice mayor killed after cavite vice mayor Alexander
