Amun Jadid or Islamic New Year in Sulu was peaceful celebration

 Jolo, Sulu  - Amun Jadid  the Islamic New Year is on the first day of Muharram, the first month in the lunar Islamic calendar, which differs from the Gregorian calendar.

In Sulu, the Amun Jadid was very peaceful celebration because there is no fireworks and even using their fire arms that usually used every  new year celebrations  both Christians and Muslims was not happened.

They were only preparing foods and delicacies for visitors.
