Military continue in Peace Building Activities in Lanao del Norte

Sapad, Lanao del Norte (The Redline News Philippines) - The Bravo Company 15th Infantry Battalion, 3rd Infantry (Spearhead) Division under the leadership of 1Lt. Marlouie S. Dicen  (CE) of Philippine Army  Commanding Officer of Bravo Company, 15IB, 3ID, PA together with Maj.  Jose Reynoild L. Cortez  (QMS) PA, Battalion Executive Officer and Cpt. Ernesto R. Cordova , JR (INF) PA, Battalion Civil Military Officer in collaboration with the Provincial Government Unit (PLGU) of LDN headed by Governor  Imelda Q Dimaporo,

The Provincial Health Office (PHO) and LGU of Kapatagan headed by Mayor  Barry Y Baguio also attended the said activity . The program also  started  with  Especial Mass Based Program (EMBP) dubbed as Alagang IQD (Imelda Quibranza Dimaporo)  with the theme: “Bringing the Government Closer to the People”

The highlights of said activity were medical consultation; dental check-up; free haircut services; circumcision operation (Tuli); giving of vegetables seedlings; food feeding; distribution of medicine/vitamins; distribution of slippers and tree planting activity was participated by Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte headed by Gov Imelda Q Dimaporo, MLGU of Kapatagan headed by  Mayor Barry Y Baguio, AFP/PNP personnel, teachers and students of Bansarvil National High School of Kapatagan earlier.


The said activity was languishing to persist to pursue the military  mission in supporting the implementation of the government’s program in the delivery of basic services to the municipalities and barangays specifically in the far-flung areas and also  to support on the National Greening Program of the government. 

The government agencies participated enthusiastically and showed their untiring support to the said  activity; fostered closer ties between the AFP,PNP, LGAs, LGUs, civilian volunteers and civilian populace/residents in the municipality of Kapatagan and nearby municipalities of Lanao Norte.(PRNews/With report by  Mike Navarro/Posted by Becky D. de Asis-The Redline News Philippines)
