this new beginning and success reign upon the whole Bangsamoro people in Muslim
Mindanao open more opportunities to make their dreams comes a reality.
In behalf of the Department of Public Works and Highways, Sulu 1st
Engineering District and the whole officialdom and my family would like to
congratulate the new Chief Minister of new Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao for the success of
ratification of this Organic Law to enable and create a new environment that
will conducive and peaceful living
condition of Muslims, Christians,Lumads and other tribes in Mindanao.
The assumption of new Bangsamoro or BARMM always embody the dreams and
aspirations of some great men and women who fought to
achieved this great victory of Bangsamoro people.
Again, My family and I together with my workaholic District Engineer
Abdulmunir I. Hadjirul would like to extend our congratulation to men and women
in BARMM.
Our congratulation to Chairman Al Haj Murad Ibrahim as Interim Chief
