Nunungan, Lanao del Norte (The Redline News Philippines) - The Bravo
Company 15 Infantry Battalion, 3rd Infantry (Spearhead) Division under the
supervision of LTC AUDIE A MONGAO INF (GSC) PA, Commanding Officer of 15IB,
3ID, PA has fully supported to the government’s mandate in attaining peace and development in the area
of operation.
Nunungan, Lanao del Norte was founded on July 1, 1968 and a third class
municipality in the province of Lanao del Norte, Philippines. According to the
2015 census, it has a population of 18, 367 people with twenty (25) barangays
and a total area covered 473.28km2 (182.73 sq mi).
On February 13, 2017 at exactly 09:00 O’clock in the morning
the personnel of Bravo Company, 15IB, 3ID, PA led by 2Lt. Fernando D. Oliveros
Jr. together with personnel from Alpha Company led by 1Lt. Rainier P. Ubungin and Nunungan MPS headed by PInsp. Roylan G.
Jumalon with Mayor Marcos
M Mamay conducted Peace Dialogue/ Pulong-pulong to the local populace of
Nunungan at Municipal Hall of Nunungan of the said province.
Said activity discussed by 1lt.
Ubungin regarding the present security situation update in the area and also Mayor Mamay discusses also and updates the farm to market
road and other livelihood program of his municipality in order to give good
