Father, son arrested during drug operation in Tubod, Lanao Norte

Tubod Lanao del Norte (The Redline News Philippines)  - The joint Tubod police operatives   headed by  P/CInspector Javier S. Tanog  , ACOP together with the PNP personnel of PIB LDN PPO led by P/Supt. Henry B. Monta  conducted arrest  against the subject HENRY CALIMPUSAN y CUIZON, Pusher, No. 3 Top Priority Targets of Drug Personalities (SLT), 53 years old, married, former member of Integrated National Police (INP) and a resident of Purok-2(RCMS), Brgy. Poblacion, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.

Also arrested during the police  operation are ELITO ARGOTE, User,drug pusher , 33 years old, single a resident of Purok-3(RCMS), Brgy. Poblacion, Tubod, Lanao del Norte and one JADE CALIMPUSAN y DEMALUAN, User, 22 years old, single, son of Henry Calimpusan and a resident of said place.

Police  said that about 2:45 in the afternoon of January 30, 2017, the above-mentioned personnel conducted briefing regarding the Search Warrant number 78-2017 against HENRY CALIMPUSAN y CUIZON dated January 23, 2017 issued by Hon. Dennis P Vicoy, Presiding Judge of RTC 12 Branch 07, Tubod, Lanao del Norte to be conducted against the above-named suspect for Violation of Section 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165. 

Thereafter the briefing, PNP personnel of this station in the person of PO3 Elwood K Malanog requested for PDEA Pre- Ops from the PDEA personnel but did not received any response.

The raiding teams still proceeded to the house of the target and upon arrival thereat at about 3:30 in the afternoon of same date, the Search Warrant against the house of HENRY CALIMPUSAN y CUIZON was conducted and executed.

Prior to the search PCI JAVIER S TANOG invited Mayor Leoncio Bagol, Municipal Mayor of Tubod, Lanao del Norte and Brgy. Chairman Mark Peter Cabili of Brgy. Poblacion, Tubod, Lanao del Norte in order to stand as witnesses during the search.

Before the search, subject person who is present thereat was informed regarding the Search Warrant and the contents thereof also in the presence of Mayor Leoncio Bagol, Municipal Mayor of Tubod, Lanao del Norte and Brgy. Chairman Mark Peter Cabili of Brgy. Poblacion, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.


During the searched conducted against the house of HENRY CALIMPUSAN y CUIZON, the items confiscated were as follows: One (1) piece big heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, five (5) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, ten (10) pieces rolled aluminum foil, four (4) rolled aluminum foil used as improvised totter, three (3) pieces aluminum foil used as improvised needle, one (1) piece rolled aluminum foil in a hallow cartoon, two (2) pieces strips of aluminum foil believed to have shabu residues, seven (7) empty rectangular shape transparent plastic sachet, two (2) pieces stainless scissors, two (2) pieces small stainless knife and four (4) pieces disposable lighters (2 Dark Blue, 1 Light Blue and 1 Orange Color. One (1) piece big heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu was confiscated under the possession and control of ELITO ARGOTE.

Apprehended suspects were then informed of the nature and the reason of their arrest as well as his Constitutional Rights as embodied in the Philippine Constitution. Inventory and markings of the confiscated evidences was conducted by PO3 Rufino A Gomera Jr, Investigator-on-case and being witnessed by Mayor Leoncio Bagol, Municipal Mayor of Tubod, Lanao del Norte and Brgy. Chairman Mark Peter Cabili of Brgy. Poblacion, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.


Subject personalities are now at the custody of this station for proper disposition for filing of charges in court.
