Feature: Engr. Soler I. Undug re-build Basilan

Engineer Soler I. Undug, District Engineer of Basilan under the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM).

He is very brilliant man, honest and with integrity in terms of projects  implementation.

He made more projects like: the Multi-Billion Basilan Circumferential Road projects, school buildings, bridges, ports, mosque and more....

He is an engineer with INTEGRITY because he never asked any favors nor corrupt engineers because he is religiously implementing those projects with all his heart.
