Zamboanga City, Philippines – The team of SAIDSOTF members of Zamboanga
City Police Station 6 led by Police
Superintendent Nonito Asdai, Station Commander,
conducted Anti-Illegal drugs Operation (buy bust) at Campong Landang, Barangay
Arena Blanco, Zamboanga City at about 1:45 AM of December 8, 2016.
The operation resulted
to shootout and death of Totoh Muhalam y
Jama, legal age, separated and a resident of mentioned place.
Recovered from his possession were one (1) Cal. 38 revolver
with five (5) rounds of live ammos, four
(4) small transparent plastic sachets of
suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia and two (2) pcs. one hundred bills as mark
money.
PDEA and SOCO were also coordinated for a buy bust operation
and post mortem examination.
Further, found out the subject a.k. a. "Toto" Mike
Muhalam y Jama just released from City
Jail last October 16, 2016 for violation of Sec 5, R.A. 9165 with Criminal case number 31706 said Asdai
Meanwhile in separate operation of Intel Operative/SAIDSOTF Zamboanga City Police
Station 9 led by the Deputy Station Commander Police Inspector Haran U. Ulah conducted buy bust operation at
Purok 7, Recodo, Zamboanga City at about 4:30 AM of December 7, 2016.
The said operation also resulted to the arrest of target
subject identified as Saudi Tapsi y Jimlano, 37 years old, married and Nurhasan
Jallao y Ladjahassan, 18 yeard old, single both of Purok 7, Recodo.
Both suspects are in
the drug watch list of this station.
Confiscated from their possession 1 small size heat sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected
shabu (selling) 6 small size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing
white crystalline substance of suspected shabu (possession) and drugs
paraphernalia such as, 1 disposable lighter, 1 small cut straw, 10 small rolled
aluminum foils, 2 stainless scissor, 1 digital weighing scale, 2 improvised
tooter, 1 big rolled aluminum foil, 1 coin purse color blue and 1 belt bag
coin.
Also confiscated 2 pieces 100 peso bill registered marked
money with SN: BE346761 and VL347360 marked as RRB & RRB1 respectively.
Both subjects are now temporarily detained at the said station while preparing
appropriate filing criminal charges before the office of the prosecutor. (with
