Police High Value drug pusher/suspect arrested in Sapad, Lanao

Lanao Del Norte, Philippines – The Joint  operation from Bravo Company 15th Infantry Battalion, 3rd Infantry (Spearhead) Division under the leadership of 1st Lieutenant Marloque S. Dicen, Commanding Officer of Bravo Company, 15IB, 3ID, of Philippine Army, Police Inspector  Rando M. Salvacio,  Acting Chief of Police in Sapad Police Station  and PIB/PAIDSOTG/Focus team headed by Police Superintendent Hemry Bermil Monta  conducted inter-agency operation against illegal drugs at Purok 5, Gawad Kalinga Village, Brgy Poblacion, Sapad, of the said province.

The said operation resulted to arrest of Mr Jonaid Pacalangot y Samporna a.k.a “Misa” High Value Target Level 2, 34 years old, married, DENR Enforcer of CENRO, Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte.

Through the virtue of Search Warrant Nr. 21-224 for violation of Sec 11, Art II, R.A 9165 issued and duly signed by Hon. Alberto P Quinto, Presiding Judge, 12th Judicial Region, RTC Br 21, Kapatagan, Lanao, del Norte  dated December 1, 2016 the troops raided the house of the suspect.

The said composite team confiscated from the suspect house are  the following three (3) pieces medium size rectangular heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected  shabu; nine (9) pieces disposable lighters; nine pieces rolled elongated aluminum. aluminum foils; five (5)  pieces unrolled aluminum foil strips; eleven (11) pieces folded aluminum foil trips with residue; four (4) pieces empty transparent plastic sachets with six (6) pieces elongated empty heat sealed transparent plastic sachets; fifteen (15) pieces small sizes elongated empty heat sealed transparent plastic sachets; one (1) pair of scissors; one (1) piece brown coin purse; one (1) black jacket; one (1) pencil case color pink; one (1) cell phone box blue; two (2) pieces elongated heat foils, three (3) pieces live ammos of cal. 45; one (1) piece fired cartridge case of cal. 45 and one (1) piece live ammo of cal. 5.56MM.

The search and the inventory of the evidence recovered was conducted in orderly manner and witnesses by Mrs Raihana Alawi, wife of the suspect and Hon Mark Anthony S Tejada, Brgy Chairman of  Brgy Poblacion Sapad of this province.
