Pagadian City, Philippines - Hugpong Federal Movement of the
Philippines headed by chairman Celso Tizon and Sec. Virgilio Dela Cruz conducting massive federalism
campaign in different provinces throughout the Philippines.
According to chairman Tizon, this campaign of the Hugpong
Federal is helping the president pursuing
of his mandate about federalism.
Tizon said, the Hugpong today has a 3,000,000 member
throughout the country. Thus members actively campaining and continue
recruiting members wants to join the federalism campaign, in order to support
