Illegal drugs campaign , resulted the death of the suspect

Zamboanga City  -  A joint elements of SAIDSOTF and some members of Zamboanga City Police Station 6 (Tetuan) led by PSupt. Nonito Asdai conducted a buy-bust operation at Omar Drive, Barangay Arena Blanco this cityt about 3:05 in the morning of July 13, 2016,  against the person of a certain Anduh.

While in the process, suspect pulled a handgun and squeezed the trigger while the muzzle pointed towards the police operatives, fortunately it did not fire prompting the raiding team.

The suspect  died on the spot sustaining two gunshot wounds on the different parts of his body. This case was referred to the investigator PO3 Renante OzaetaTarroza for investigation.

Investigation conducted  that, prior to the incident, a civilian informant appeared before the Office of the Station Commander, PS6 and divulged an information that a certain Anduh allegedly engaged in selling of illegal drug known as shabu.

The said Police Officer convened the team of SAIDSOTF and some members of this Station and conducted a short briefing.  After the briefing at about 2:30 in the morning of same date, the team proceeded to the target place.

Relatives of the suspect identified him as Anduh Abdurahman alias  Kasan,  legal age married, a resident of the said place.

Moreover, the SOCO team processed the crime scene where they recovered one (1) unit Caliber .38 loaded with six ammunitions, two (2) pcs plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline granules one (1) empty shell of M16.  The cadaver was taken to Tumalutap Island by the relatives who refused to undergo Post Mortem Examinantion.
