Drug session inside cemetery =- 3 persons arrested by police in Lanao



Baroy, Lanao Norte (The Redline News Philippines)   - Police here  arrested 3 drug suspects having drug session inside public cemetery after police received  call from concern citizen's earlier.

Report from PCR Baroy PNP said that  more or less 6:20 in the morning of January 21, 2017,   raid was conducted by PNP elements of Baroy Police led by Police Inspector  Moamar M. Solog  on a drug pot session transpired inside the Public Cemetery, Lower Sagadan, Baroy, Lanao del Norte.

Police said that after a call was received from BIN through the hotline of the said Police station PNP immediately proceeded  to the area which resulted  the apprehension of three (3) persons  Jerome Gaid Espra, 28 years old, single, shoe repairman; John Philip Molina Bangkiao,  , 23 years old, single, driver and Leonardo Generalao ates, 26 years old, single construction worker and they are all residents of Purok 1, Upper Sagadan, Baroy, of the said province.

The said 3 suspects were caught inside a concrete compartment of a tomb having the pot session.

PNP team confiscated from  their possession and control (8) pieces small transparent sachet containing residues believed to be “SHABU” (2) used improvised aluminum foil tooter,(5) rolled aluminum foils, (4) pieces assorted colors of disposable lighters and four (4) pieces Php 100.00 paper bills.



Also the PNP team confiscated the vehicle used in going to the cemetery was also a single sitter cab with attached black Kawasaki BAJAJ CT100 with plate no. 5877 KA owned by Joan Sumalpong Y Cadiz, 40 years old, married and a resident of Upper Sagadan, Baroy, LDN. 

The inventory was done in the presence of the suspects, Elected Officials of Brgy. Lower Sagadan namely Brgy. Kagawads Arthur C. Monsanto and Al Niño D Cuadro.
