Norte and Local officials.
Joint elements of PNP Baroy led by Officer In Charge , Police Senior Inspector Moamar Mamailao Solog and Tubod Municipal Police
Station led by Police Chief Inspector Javier Tanog and also elements Lala Municipal Police Station led by Police Chief Inspector Reck Franklin V.
Valmores and PNP personnel of PPSC, LDNPPO under the supervision of Police
Supt. Rolan C. Batolan arrested the
suspect at the Hall of Justice,
Provincial Capitol, Pigcarangan, Tubod, Lanao del Norte earlier of January.
The PNP team successfully arrested one (1) Eduardo Bongabong Besin, 58
years old, married, Incumbent Brgy. Captain and a resident of Purok 1,
Manan-ao, Baroy, Lanao del Norte by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime
of Frustrated Murder docketed under CC number 1840-07-2016 issued by Hon.
Dennis P Vicoy, Presiding Judge of Branch 07, RTC, 12th Judicial Region,Tubod,
Lanao del Norte dated January 6, 2016 with recommended bail bond. amounted of
₱200,000.00.
The suspect is now under the custody of Baroy Municipal station for
