Federal Movement of the Philippines conducted several forums nationwide - Chairman Celso A. Tizon confidently reach the exact ratings before the plebesite

Surigao Del Norte, Philippines (The Redline News Philippines) – The Hugpong Federal Movement of the Philippines (HFMP) headed by Chairman Celso Tizon with Boluntaryong Astig movement Secretary Boy Dela Cruz conducted several federalism forums nationwide in order to gave  views and information  to the people about federalism governance which is the President Rodrigo R. Duterte wants a total  change, from democracy to feferal during his Presidency.

The group of HFMP conducted forum Last January 22  at San Francisco, Surigao Del Norte earlier.
