Marawi City - Hugpong Federal Movement of the Philippines with the Department of Social Welfare and Development headed by Chairman Celso A. Tizon and DSWD Secretary Luz Ilagan give "Pamaskong Handog" to 5,000 Hugpong Members evacuees last December 16, 2017 at Dimaporo Gymnasium, Marawi City.
Thousands of Hugpong members are affected and homeless during the Marawi seige.
DSWD Secretary Luz Ilagan a former Gabriela women's representative from Davao City and a classmate before of Pres. Rodrigo Duterte at Ateneo de Davao was very surprised because thousands of evacuees flanked in Gymnasium to attended the Pamaskong Handog mula sa HFMP.
