MOA signing between the Hugpong Federal Movement of the PH and DILG for Federalism campaign

Davao City – The Hugpong Federal Movement of the Philippines (HFMP) and Department Of the Interior and Local Government (DILG)  signed a Memorandum of Agreement last December 07, 2017 at LGA Office Ortigas, Manila for federalism campaign partnership.

The said  MOA signing  between the HFMP and the DILG were allowed the HFMP being the partner of the DILG and the other agencies  promoting the federalism in the country.

Accordingly,  this Hugpong Federal Movement of the Philippines under the Chairmanship of Celso  A. Tizon together with his National Secretary Vergelio S. Dela Cruz as Boluntaryong Astig  were tag as the most active persons promoting the federal form of government under the banner of HFMP and Boluntaryong Astig.

The HFMP were almost done of their federalism campaign throughout the country in order to protect the country against terrorism and other form of criminalities because they believed that through this new constitution there will be  a total change in the country said HFMP Chairman Celso A.
