Clarin, Misamis Occidental - Board Member Dan Navarro comdemmed
the davao blast. He strongly condemned the terrorist act in Davao because this
is an evil act and killed innocents.
“My prayers of comfort to all the family who are in pain and
sorrow” said Navarro during his speech over a hundred constituents in the said
municipality. He also called his constituent to stay vigilant "We are in
