MANILA—The southwest monsoon or "habagat" will continue to
bring rains in Luzon and some parts of the country Thursday, the Philippine
Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA)
said.
In its 24-hour forecast, PAGASA said the regions of Mimaropa and
Western Visayas, the provinces of Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite
and Batangas will experience rains specially in the late afternoon and evening
caused by the southwest monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have cloudy skies with
scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon.
Temperature in Metro Manila will range from 25-32 degrees Celsius;
Tuguegarao City 24-33 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 17-22 degrees Celsius; Metro
