Jolo, Sulu – The Provincial Comelec Supervisor Atty. Vidzfar A. Julie declared the Sulu as hotspot province during election time due to political rivalry between families
against families runs in the same positions this coming 2019 election.
On the 1st day of filing of Certificate of Candidacy (COC’s) in Sulu provincial Comelec Office amidst tensions after some candidates coming from the Nine (9) declared election hot spot municipalities files their COC’s in same time on the 1st day of filing.
There are Nine (9) municipalities in Sulu was declared by Atty, Vidzfar A.
Julie, the most election hot spot this coming 2019 were follows: Lugus, Maimbung, Panglima Estino, Tapul, Omar, Patikul, Panamao, Talipao and Kalinga Kaluang.

The Comelec immediately coordinated the Philippine Army and Philippine National Police
to secure the candidates and supporters would like to file their COC’s anytime.
The First candidates who filed
his COC at exact 8:00 O.clock in the morning on October 11, 2018 in Comelec Provincial
Office is Membur Abdurarajak who run as Mayor of Panamao against his
