Zamboanga City, Philippines - An alleged suspicious vehicle Hyundai with plate number PF0323 was left
abandoned along Valderosa Street particularly fronting City Hall, Zamboanga
City at about 4:40 in the afternoon of November 8, 2016.
Wherein at
about 5:36 in the afternoon of same date, Christopher D. Mandi, 50 years old,
married a security officer IV of Civil Security Unit of City Government of
Zamboanga conducted to Zamboanga City PS11 (Central) One (1) unit Hyundai
Accent color white bearing plate Nos. PF0323 which was left abandoned along
Valderosa street of this city wherein driver of said vehicle identified as
Ronald J. Remolador, 51 years old, married,
officer of BSPT construction worker of Blk 14, Dipolog City and his
companion identified as Lauro T Cipres, 53 years old, married an outside plant
supervisor of BSPT Construction corporation of 440 Abad Santos street,
Koronadal City, South Cotabato for the offense of Alarm and Scandal at said
mentioned placed.
Said vehicle
already checked by Philippine Coast Guard EOD and EOD of Zamboanga City Police Office for inspection by smashing the right side rear
door glass for the inspection team to gain entry for a thorough search however
it was yielded negative.At about 9:07 in the evening of same date, PO3 Mark Anthony
Basilio y Tinapunan, member of PNP assigned at Zamboanga City Public Safety
Bomb Squad appeared to PS11 (Central) and reported that On or about 4:40 PM of this
date, they responded, upon the process
of checking together with the K-9 of Philippine Coast guard for possible
recovery on said vehicle however after a thorough search which yielded still negative.
However after conducted inspection made by respective EOD which
yielded negative and prompted him to issue traffic violation on the subject
driver for wrong parking.
After gathering
the both allegations made by the investigator, the latter asked the
identification card of the subject driver same with the identification card of
his companion to verify their real identities but same name was given indicated
on the blotter entry.
Likewise, the
investigator explained to the subject driver as to their negligence on why they
did not ask permission from any of the security officer of the City Hall in
which he accepted his fault the reason why he did not come to complaint of the
damaged incurred on the vehicle. (with
