Languyan the booming town and the newest tourists destination of the Autonomous Region

Languyan, Tawi-Tawi – The most booming municipality of the province today is the municipality of Languyan. 

It has a millions of tax collections collected  every month and a very progressive town because of its tourists potential destinations.

Mayor Yshmael Sali said. He made some projects in different barangays of Languyan in order to give them a good services and to uplift the living conditions of his constituents.

He constructed different buildings, barangay and municipal roads, pier, gymnasiums and more proposed projects being implemented soon in Languyan, said the mayor. 

“I want to help my constituents as what I promised before, I will give them a better life from a better and good governance” said the mayor.

Languyan is the first class municipality of the province. Most of their source of income were fishing, seaweeds farming and among others. 

It has also a large of mining industry operated here like Pax Libera Mining Incorporated that gives opportunity to the growing population of the said municipality.

Mayor said,  the mining industry of his municipality gives  improvement and enhancing  the living conditions of the people here.

Recently,President Rodrigo Duterte on his State of the Nation Address or SONA. He talked  about the mining industry in the country recently.

The President said, “those who are in mining business in the country “I will tax to you death”, said the president.

Therefore, the municipal government collected a large amount of tax from the mining industry  operated in Languyan.  Through this collections  they were constructed more projects and livelihood services for the people here.

Through the efforts of the Mayor Yshmael “Mhang” Sali, the Languyan municipality is now a No.1 booming municipality of the province.

On the other hand. The municipality will host the 44th Kamahardikaan Festival this coming September 25-27, 2017. Languyan has captivating beauty and has a complete facilities and capacity to cater thousands of tourists and visitors coming from different municipalities of the province and other adjacent provinces of Mindanao.

Aside Kamahardikaan Sin Tawi-Tawi, the municipality also  celebrating of their 40th Kamahardikaan Sin Languyan on September 20 – 23, 2017. 

This is a simultaneous celebrations that gives the municipal government for a double preparation for a large flanks of visitors coming from different places wants to explore the newest tourists destination of the country.
