Jolo, Sulu - The DPWH - 1st Engineering District of Sulu under Abdulmunir I. Hadjirul with Secretary Mustapha "Don" Loong is giving away a free ice cream to the people of Talipao and other adjacent municipalities in connection of ARMM - People's day celebration earlier (Sept.03, 2018).
Every year the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao celebrating ARMM People's day in order to reach people at the grassroots level and to lead people in winning peace in their own place.
Hadjirul with his employees immediately respond the call of the region to give free ice cream to his constituents as one of their coolest or excellent respond of the regional government to serve the people here.
Aside free ice cream of the DPWH, some line agencies also offers free basic social services to the people like; a free transportation ticket of RPMA-Jolo, free medical services and among others. (By: Becky D. de Asis)
