Troopers" in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Buenavista
government, Rotary Club of Midtown Butuan
and YLS Leaders conducted the first ever Masigasig Kids on Tour earlier.
The kids tour projects with a
theme: “Kalinga sa Kabataan Para sa Kapayapaan” said military.
The said activity was held at Headquarters, Jamboree Site, Purok 6, Brgy Alubuhid, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.
The highlights of the activity are the Flag Raising Ceremony in
commemoration of the 76th Anniversary of Araw ng Kagitingan, distribution of
free T-shirts and slippers, film showing, armaments static display, unit
advocacies photo display, experiential ride with KM 450 and SIMBA vehicles
facilitated by the 4th Light Armor Cavalry Troop (Separate Company).
The capability demonstration rendered by one (1) Infantry Team from 4th Scout Ranger Battalion, Treasure Hunting facilitated by the YLS Leaders of Buenavista while free Ice Cream and snacks were also distributed and a simple boodle fight culminated the celebration.

The said activity was participated by more or less sixty (60) children
aging from six to twelve (6-12) years old, coming from Conflict Affected
Barangays of the Municipalities of Buenavista, Carmen and Nasipit, all of
Agusan del Norte where the 23IB Community Support Program (CSP) “Kapayapaan”
