Kidnap Victim Maria Lyn Yee in Sirawai recued in Sulu by military

Patikul Sulu - A kidnap victim name  Martia Lyn Yee, who was abducted last Sept.19 owner of a gasoline station in Sirawai, Zamboanga Sibugay was abducted by unidentified armed men (believed to be Abu Sayyaf Group) in her business establishment and  her abductors immediately transported to Sulu via motorized banca said military.

The 35th Infantry Battalion  assigned in Sulu said  that on  September 21, 7:00 in the morning, upon their arrival at BG pier, Tanjung, Indanan, Sulu, The said 35th army  intelligence operatives noticed the presence of unidentified armed men and immediately reported to  headquarters for appropriate action.

The military immediately proceeded to the reported area  to pacify the report. Immediately they  conducted rescue operation that surprised the ASG prompting to abandon the kidnapped victim for fear being caught by the troops. The troops continue the pursuit operation against the abductors while the victims was brought to Camp Bautista Station Hospital and Headquarters  of Joint Task Force Sulu for medication.
