Lanao Police launch “Gyera Kontra Droga”

Tubod Lanao, Norte - The Provincial Police of Lanao, Norte headed by P/SSupt. Faro Antonio O. Olaguera, acting Provincial director launched the "Gyera Kontra Droga" earlier  with the theme: gugma sa pamilya ug kaugmaon dawata, likayi ang droga.

The program started  in motorcade from Tubod to Kapatagan participated by the Police personnel,students, teachers and other concern residents in Lanao.

After the motorcade, the police launch the “Gyera Kontra Droga” held at Mindanao Civic Center stadium in Tubod. The   said activity was participated by almost  300 student leaders from different public high schools in the  province with their respective advisers/ and principal.

The activity is in support to the project double barrel and Oplan Tokhang because Superintendent Olaguera said That this is the best practice in linking the community to this kind of program.

Olaguera  also said that the people of Lanao del Norte is in full force support of the campaign againts illegal drugs because they want a peaceful and progressive community without fear and criminalities.
