Zamboanga City (The Redline
News Philippines) - Shooting incident transpired at Sitio Longgamitan, Nasibac,
Leon B Postigo, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:00 in the morning of May 11,
2017.
The victim was identified
as Jacker Timoan Amoloy, 36 years old, married, male, farmer and a resident of
said place was shot to death by unidentified person police reported.
Police initial
investigation conducted disclosed the victim went to his farm early in the morning
of same date and at about 7:00 in the morning of said date, her wife, Lustina Amoloy, heard
gun burst of unknown caliber firearms and she wondered why her husband didn’t
came home for breakfast and she made a verification at their farm, she saw her
husband (victim) laid on the ground, sustained gunshot wounds on his body
police added.
Accordingly the victim was an asset/friend of the
Philippine Army and CAFGU in their area and was believed to be killed by the
group of CNN for being an asset of the government troops.
The said Leon B Postigo Municipal
Police Station still conducting
follow-up investigation for possible identity and arrest of the
