Sultan implemented the massive anti colorum campaign "no
helmet, no licence - no travel policy campaign in the province of Lanao Norte.
The LTO chief said that the colorum vehicle is illegal and not
registered to their respective offices as legal public transfortation vehicle and warn the public not to ride the
colorom vehicle because this is too dangerous and no guarantee to commuters
during accident or any incident while travelling, said Sultan.
LTO Chief Malic Sultan also implemented a massive checkpoint against
motor rider drivers does not have drivers license, no registration and no
helmet. within his area of responsiblity.
The chief said that driving without license and no complete papers
should prohibited and not allowed to travel for the safety of the drivers and
