Junior Chambers International Panguil Bay, Army and PNP distributes school supplies during Brigada Eskwela

Lanao del Norte, Philippines (The Redline News Philippines) – The Brigada Eskwela  or the National Schools Maintenance Week (NSMW) started already  in all  different public schools nationwide.

The Bravo Company  of 15th Infantry Battalion, 3rd Infantry (Spearhead) Division under the supervision of 1Lt. Maelouie S. Dicen of Philippine Army, together with the PNP personnel of Sapad Municipal Police Station headed by PSI Rando M. Salvacion, COP, together  the Junior Chambers International (JCI) Panguil Bay headed by Ms Edith Perez, JCI Panguil Bay President and Mr Sukarno Asis as one of the organizer distributed school supplies to the students of Baning Primary School, Brgy Baning, Sapad during the Brigada Eskwela started last May 15 earlier.

The activity was conducted last 15 May 2017 with the presence of Faculty and Staff of Baning Primary School headed by Mrs Elizaida S Adap, School In- Charge, Brgy Officials headed by Hon Lily Taurac-Brgy Chairwoman and Parents. 

It was indeed a different feeling of fulfillment upon witnessing the happiness and joy of the children who were received their school supplies prior to the opening of classes this June. 

The activity was indeed successful in partnership with the Junior Chambers International (JCI) Panguil Bay with the help of Barangay Officials and Teachers who supported the activity. As a result, a total of Two hundred (200) Maranao children from Baning Primary School had received the school supplies. 


In collaboration with other stakeholders initiated the activity in order to encourage our fellow Muslim comrades especially their children to pursue their studies and dreams in life.

"This school supplies is a small things we can gave to them but the mind of the children this endeavor was very important to them that seeks to maintain and enhance the trust and confidence of the civilian populace, NGO’, teachers and other partner in peace and development " said Lt.Dicen,  the Bravo Coy Commander.

The said activity was fosters good relationship to the local populace, NGO’s, teachers that make great smile, happiness and eagerness to the pupils to study..(courtesy of  Bravo Coy 15IB/with report byMike Navarro)
