RCEO ARMM intalled Radio VHF Repeater System in Bongao


Bongao, Tawi-Tawi – The Regional Communication and Electronics Office of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao headed by Acting Chief RCEO Police Superintendent Emmanuel M. Caalim installed VHF Repeater System in Bongao Peak earlier.

Caalim said,  this VHF Repeater System, it will enhance the communications capability of Tawi-Tawi Provincial Police Office linking almost all islands Municipal Police Stations  of the said province.

“This is a big helps  to our policemen most especially in the Island Municipalities  sending  their daily reports and other emergencies calls  by using UHF-VHF radios without  any signal  intervention”, said Caalim.

The VHF Repeater and towers installation is under the efforts  of Police Senior Superintendent Jerich Tan Royales, Provincial Director of Tawi-Tawi Provincial Police Office.

Royales also added,  the said projects  was funded by  Governor Rashidin Matba and Mayor Jimuel Que of Bongao.

“I am very thankful to those people behind this projects because this is big helps  to our policemen more particularly  those in Island municipalities, to send and recieve instructions and even during emergencies and other untoward incidents in their respective  areas”, said Royales.
