Davao City – The Regional Ports Management Authority (RPMA) ARMM conducted Orientation on Ports Operation and new port issuance and Guidelines at Seda hotel, Davao City last July 13-15, 2017.

The  2 days orientation tackled different guidelines and issuances of tickets and payments to vessels, cargoes and other  issuances  within ports areas.

Meanwhile, the Philippine Port Authority (PPA) Manila conducted a review its cargoes after posting favorable performance for the past five months of the year.

PPA Manager Jay Daniel Santiago directed all Ports Management offices nationawide to revisit their targets for 2017 for the review..

Therefore, The Regional Ports Management Office -  ARMM, also conducted orientations to all Ports Management Offices  in response the directive of the PPA Manila.

During the orientation,  the group also visited Davao Ports to observe the plights and  the big volumes of cargoes or cantainers deposits.
