Dexter Darel T Uy of Dipolog City, participated the "SAAD (Special
Area for Agricultural Development) SA DIWAN" thru Joint MEDCAP last
13 June 2017 at South Virginia, Diwan,
Dipolog City.
The Joint MEDCAP offers free Consultation, Circumcision, Dental
Services and Haircut followed by awarding of check, giving of seeds to the
farmers and the ceremonial tree planting of Balite tree said army.
