Lanao del Norte, Philippines - Despite the Mindanao is under Martial Law, soldiers of Molave Warriors conducted food feeding program instead of fighting against lawless elements.
Bravo (Brahman) Company, 15th Infantry (Molave Warrior) Battalion, 3rd
Infantry (Spearhead) Division, Philippine Army in relation with the Flores de
Mayo as part of the Roman Catholic cultural traditions every month of May, the
unit initiated Food feeding activity and the same time Story telling regarding
the life of Jesus Christ and other topics with regards to religious values and
tradition given to the children who
actively participated the said event at South Malabaogan, Brgy Poblacion, Sapad last 26 May
2017.
The said activity brings joy and happiness to the children and
redirects their perception towards the military assigned in the area that this
simple endeavor can provide them the nutritious food that can help them for
their daily needs.
The feeding program was successfully conducted through the active and
untiring service rendered by the Brahman troopers of 15IB were more or less forty (40) children from So
Malabaogan benefited during the said activity.
The children very much thankful to the Philippine Army for giving them
foods that help them nourished and imparting them the significance of education
about religious beliefs.
While the whole Mindanao Island is on the state of Martial Law, the
military as a protector of the state and members of the Molave Warriors will
continue its efforts to maintain the peace and security aspects in the area of
operation by doing what is good to the people especially to the children in accordance
to rule of law and respect of human rights.
The activity provides good image to the military from the innocent eyes
of the children who are the
beneficiaries of this activity that the
military as the reagent of peace and progress.
The children and people of So Malabaogan of Sapad were very much
appreciated to the Brahman troopers who actively initiated this kind
